Sheet Metal: "We bend, cut, and shape the future"

   Sheet metal seminar made me interested in getting to know more about sheet metal. It refers to any metal that can be formed into flat pieces of varying thicknesses. Thick metals are called plates. Metals used in the sheet metal industry include cold rolled steel, mild steel, stainless steel, tin, nickel, titanium, aluminum, brass, and copper. It  is a widely used material across several different industries. It can be crafted from an assortment of metals like steel, aluminum, copper, brass and is versatile enough to be used in various applications, including industrial and manufacturing. Sheet metalworking forms new products from various types of sheet metal. Like in metal foil, I learned that the metal foil is also part of sheet metal. Metalworking process can form parts of the body, kawali, and knife. The speaker discussed the thickness, measurement, standard size, sheet metal forms, types of precision metal stamping machines and the sheet metalworking terminology. Types of machine and the tools and equipment used in metalworking.

    

    Sheet metal is widely used. These are some that can be made from sheet metal: Automotive bodies, aircraft frames, major home appliance housings, and building fixtures are some of the arenas where large-area sheet products are used.

Beauty Care and Wellness: "Healthy skin, beautiful you"

    This seminar was very interesting for me since I am really skin conscious. I scratched my skin, which made me think that I have sensitive skin. Aside from being interested in this topic I was also surprised that Sir Jhomz is the speaker for beauty care and wellness. Everything discussed by Sir Jhomz really helped how I will take care of my skin and what are the things that we must not do to our skin. I remember he discussed that all the lotion that has a glutathione doesn't have an effect on our skin. Because glutathione only affects our body if we drink the capsule. Because the capsule will run inside our body, the organs absorb the capsule. So I realized, It’s best to use a capsule with glutathione instead of buying a lotion which doesn't have an effect on my skin. It's just a waste of money, time and effort to apply a lotion to my skin. 159

    We should be mindful of every skin care we use on our face and body. We cannot prevent the fake user and seller from continuing to sell a fake brand and formula. There are so many victims of these fake sellers/users. Skin is very important to our body because this body's largest organ. We have three layers of skin Epidermis, Dermis and Hypodermis. Epidermis protects our skin barrier and provides new skin. Dermis has collagen and elastin while the Hypodermis regulates body temperature. It was a great discussion with the great guest speaker.
