Crop Production: "The Leader of Nature"

  Crop production is a sustainable industry for every juan. In my experience, I was assigned to the food committee which was responsible for ordering the food and distributing the food to the speaker. Aside from being the food committee I also help my team  to ensure that every  flow of the seminar will run smoothly by cooperating with the speaker and listing down the names of winners in energizer, raffle and for the participants who ask and answer questions of the speaker. The whole seminar we opened had cameras and listened to speakers. We also used background images for our cameras so that by this we were able to show to them that we are prepared and our team has unity. With the skills and knowledge of our guest speaker he is well experienced and talented. He already takes NC2 in different majors that are relevant to crop production. We all know that crop production has wide topics including agriculture, horticulture, crop fishery etc. 

    In the other day, the souvenirs and prizes was distributed to other section/courses we also take a picture in front of amphitheater for the documents since we are online seminar not all the members are suit in screen we taking pictures inside the school for the having formal picture and documentations. Since conducting online seminars is very challenging we are hoping for the fairness and rights to use the AVR since this was the part of the subject to have a facility.

Food and Nutrition's: "Creating Healthier Lives"

    In this seminar, Before the day of the event we already distributed the souvenirs to our classmates and other Educ students to inform them that we have a last seminar in SEM-1 subject. I was assigned to the Attendance Committee which is responsible for distributing attendance links in MS Teams comment section. Before I send the attendance form it’s important to follow the flow of the event to prevent the technical error and minimize the error. While waiting for the other participants to join we have a background music to hype the energy of the seminar and to prevent boredom. Aside from being the attendance committee I also help my team  to ensure that every  flow of the seminar will run smoothly by cooperating with the speaker and listing down the names of winners in energizer, raffle and for the participants who ask and answer questions of the speaker.

Illustration and Technical Drafting: "The blueprint for success"

    As one of the organizers of this event, I experienced organizing an event and being able to speak in our seminar for the closing remarks. Based on my experience it was a great experience and pleasure to be one of the organizers that I know I did my best and my part to be successful in this seminar. By finding a guest speaker, by communicating with our speaker, by making a powerpoint for our seminar, by thinking about our Qr code, it’s a keychain that we ordered in shopee. Most of our honorarium and souvenirs and prizes are from shopee that we made less expenses for our budgets. It's a great opportunity and experience that I overcame with the busy and hassle time. But sad to say that we are not able to do this event in actual/face to face when we get the news that all the seminars will be presented online. It makes us all sad because we are not able to show to them our chances to shine and experience to speak on the stage of AVR. Disappointed by the news, but we can't do anything. But I hope next semester in our subject SEM-3 we will be able to use the AVR and experience to present our seminar on stage.

    Conducting an online seminar is very challenging, we need to go home after the class then we just have 1 hour to go home and preparations we are responsible to come first in the MS Teams to monitor the participants. But we are lucky for having our guest speaker Mr. Ernest Russell Balenia is a great and funny speaker. We are proud and happy that he was our speaker. He made our seminar colorful and happy because of the way he taught and all the participants participated and listened to him because of his energy.
