In this seminar, Before the day of the event we already distributed the souvenirs to our classmates and other Educ students to inform them that we have a last seminar in SEM-1 subject. I was assigned to the Attendance Committee which is responsible for distributing attendance links in MS Teams comment section. Before I send the attendance form it’s important to follow the flow of the event to prevent the technical error and minimize the error. While waiting for the other participants to join we have a background music to hype the energy of the seminar and to prevent boredom. Aside from being the attendance committee I also help my team to ensure that every flow of the seminar will run smoothly by cooperating with the speaker and listing down the names of winners in energizer, raffle and for the participants who ask and answer questions of the speaker.
The whole seminar we opened had cameras and listened to speakers. We also used background images for our cameras so that by this we were able to show to them that we are prepared and our team has unity. With the skills and knowledge of our guest speaker she is well experienced and talented. we also take a picture in front of amphitheater for the documents since we are online seminar not all the members are suit in screen we taking pictures inside the school for the having formal picture and documentations.
